In homeschooling, as in families, relationships are the most important part. Spending your days together gives you more quality time than most families who see each other for a quick evening before rushing out to activities and a hurried bedtime. This extra time can be a gift to keep family relationships a priority. No lesson or academic struggle or bad day is more important than building trust and love in your home. Remembering why you wanted to homeschool in the first place will help put things back in perspective.
